Last updated: July 16, 2026 · Template document — to be validated by legal counsel before commercial use.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Looply platform: listening to music, radio, podcasts, social content, live streaming, ticketing, and professional tools (artists, clubs, record labels).
2. Accounts
- Registration is open to people aged 14 and older; purchasing tickets and paid features require legal age or a guardian’s consent.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any actions taken from your account.
- An account may be suspended in the event of fraud, identity theft, or violation of these terms.
3. Content published by members
- By publishing content (music, image, video, text), you represent that you hold the necessary rights and grant Looply a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host and distribute it on the platform.
- Prohibited: infringing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or misleading content, or content that violates the privacy of others.
- Looply may remove any content that is reported or manifestly unlawful (procedure described on the "Copyright Infringement" page).
4. Permitted use
Listening is for personal, non-commercial use only. Prohibited: extracting or downloading streams outside the intended features (e.g. offline listening of playlists), reselling access, reverse engineering, and the use of scraping bots.
5. Liability
Looply hosts member content and provides the service "as is"; availability is not guaranteed without interruption. Third-party radios and podcasts are the responsibility of their respective publishers.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec (Canada). Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
