Contents of a valid notice

• Your identity and a way to reach you;
• Identification of the protected work and the disputed content (Looply link);
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.

After review, the content in question may be removed and the notice forwarded to the member concerned; repeat offenders have their account terminated.
